Short Serket versions

This is where it all started, version one. This robot had tpu walls with a four wheel drive, and had foam wheels directly attached to the motors. Serket had its arm a direct attach to a servo, rather than how we did later on. None of the parts were final, so its all orange.

This was where we started to step away from 3d printing every part. This robot had cutting board walls, polycarb tops and bottom, and tpu forks. Serket v2 was also our fist to add silicone to its foam wheels. However, we did not add an arm to this design.

This is version three, the first of many things for us. for example it was the first with 3d printed wheels with silicone on them, first to have LEDs, and the first to be finished. This version was also the first robot we made to have carbon fiber tops. It was scapped after we were not able to add forks, or armor, leading to it’s redesign.

This is the fourth version of Short Serket, the first to actually compete. Our four wheel drive was born from our test bot, Deathstalker. Short Serket v4 is capable of using many types of blades, such as our 72 tooth blade, our toothless blade, and our 80 tooth blade. This robot can automatically self right without human requirement, giving us another button for a different way of attacking.
